Quick Tips & Recipe ideas: You have all the fixins for a great stir fry this week! I have found my favorite stir fry sauce HERE It is so easy and quick. It really makes the dish. Just cook your veggies and add at the end. Cook up some rice or noodles and boom…dinner. Celeriac: Celery flavor in a root; great anywhere you would like celery flavor, can be shredded as a raw salad with a creamy mayo dressing; added diced to soups or stir fry; our favorite is smashed celeriac recipe is in the directory; tops can be eaten as well – fresh harvested celeriac with tops attached; use as you would celery with a stronger celery flavor for soups and stocks, chopped small and added for celery flavor to salads, soups, stir fry Napa Cabbage: typically used for kimchi; so many uses please don’t forget our Pinterest Boards for ideas; salads, slaws, stir fry, stuffed cabbage rolls Watermelon & Daikon Radish: Roasted, sauté, stir-fry, slaw Beans: blanch for freezing, great in stir-fry, curry, side dish simmered with tomato and garlic and onion Asian Greens: eaten raw or cooked, soup, salads, stir-fry Garlic: Have you ever roasted garlic? CSA Extension Share: You can purchase below with a credit card or PayPal. Payment can also be paid by check or cash at your CSA delivery. $150 The CSA Extension Share continues for 4 more weeks after the regular season. These shares are limited and available to the first 30 current CSA members that join. The deliveries begin immediately after the regular season November 2nd and end December 3rd. There is no delivery Thanksgiving week.
