Peppers start out green and we will begin to see the colorful bells as the season progresses.

Storage – Refrigerator crisper drawer – 45 degrees optimal – keep dry for longer storage

Freezing – peppers are on of the easiest to freeze – de-seed , dice, chop, slice – however you wish to use in a dish later; freeze in a baggie for later use

Ideas:  Add peppers to eggs, pizza, sautes, roasting veggies, salads
