Summer Squash is starting – blossoms on the peas, not bad for starting so late.

Open House June

We would love to see you at the farm on Saturday! Bring a friend — non-members welcome. New members can join at the open house and start July 3rd.

Quick Tips :  You will find recipes and inspiration in the vegetable directory and links on each veggie.  We have a few members that also love Food52 – maybe you will too

Rhubarb – so many ideas on Rhubarbinfo.com  – sweet, savory, sauces, cookies, drinks, soup….. the rhubarb page in the vegetable directory has a simple sauce recipe. Have you tried the RHUBARB BARS – it is a family favorite!  I will make them for the  spring open house on Saturday.

Sometimes members share recipe finds with us – here are a few (Thanks Sarah!)  If you find or have good one let us know and we will share it with everyone
