Radish – store roots in a container removed from greens, eat raw in salads,slaw, sandwiches or cooked; also great in a stir fry or saute – removes the spiciness but keeps the crunch. Greens can also be cooked
If your radishes wilt soak in water in the fridge – they will perk up again. Important to retain moisture during storage.
Make your own dressing – Basic vinaigrette recipe – A vinaigrette is typically made from 1 part vinegar to 3 or 4 parts oil. Possibilites are endless – check the link below for more ideas.
Vinegar – Red Wine, White, Balsamic …..your choice
Oil – Olive, Sunflower, Safflower, – keep in mind Olive oil will solidify in the fridge if making a large batch
Season with herbs and seasonings of your choice – Salt,Pepper, Garlic, Basil, Oregano, Hot Pepper,etc
