sautéed snow peas & garlic scapes
Snow Peas; Garlic Scapes; 1 Tbsp Butter; Salt & Pepper to taste
Wash & trim stem end off of snow peas; slice garlic scapes into 1/8″ to 1/4″ pieces add to sauté pan with butter, cook over medium low heat for approx. 4 minutes; add snow peas and sauté for a few more minutes until snow peas are bright green and still crunchy add salt and pepper to taste
