Sweet Potato

Sweet PotatoStorage: Avoid storing sweet potatoes in the refrigerator, which will produce a hard center and unpleasant taste. Instead, store your sweet potatoes in a cool, dry, well ventilated container

NOTE: Sweet Potatoes come in many shapes and sizes. Our sweet potatoes are not meant for long-term storage. We do not have the facilities to cure sweet potatoes for long term storage. Also, this is a specialty crop that is costly and manually intensive to grow and harvest. The sweet potatoes sometimes break off during harvest. Some of your potatoes may be broken off – we recommend eating as soon as possible.
