Quick Pickled Garlic Scapes

Pickled Garlic Scapes

1 # scapes
4 c tamari
4 c water
1 ½ c Rice vin
1 c sugar
1 c molasses
1 serrano chile, seeded and sliced
Cover scapes in vinegar.  Let sit 5 days.  Rinse and pack into hot jars.
Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.  Pack in hot jars and can.
