Preheat Oven to 425℉
Place potato wedges in a large mixing bowl
1.5 lb Red Norland Potato, washed and cut into wedges
Drizzle oil over the potatoes and toss to coat evenly
3 tbsp oil (avocado, grapeseed, olive)
Sprinkle the seasonings over the potatoes and toss again to ensure even coating
1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, salt and pepper to taste
Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet, making sure they are not overlapping. Can line baking sheet with parchment paper
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through cooking time
Remove from oven and garnish with fresh fine chopped parsley and mix in
fresh parsley chopped for garnish (optional)
Serve hot and enjoy!
