Oven-Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Red Norland Potato, washed and cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp oil (avocado, grapeseed, olive)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley chopped for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 425℉
  • Place potato wedges in a large mixing bowl
    1.5 lb Red Norland Potato, washed and cut into wedges
  • Drizzle oil over the potatoes and toss to coat evenly
    3 tbsp oil (avocado, grapeseed, olive)
  • Sprinkle the seasonings over the potatoes and toss again to ensure even coating
    1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, salt and pepper to taste
  • Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet, making sure they are not overlapping. Can line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through cooking time
  • Remove from oven and garnish with fresh fine chopped parsley and mix in
    fresh parsley chopped for garnish (optional)
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
