WOW! You are all so amazing
CSA Extension Shares are SOLD OUT!!
We are sending a special thank you to each one of you.
With the regular season CSA funds depleted, we offer the CSA Extension Share to raise funds to help us get through the winter. We can now enter winter knowing that we can pay a few bills.
Thank you!!
Thank you to everyone who already renewed for 2026!
CSA renewal is off to a great start. It is a great feeling knowing that so many of you continue to support our farm and enjoy fresh veggies.
The 2026 season is limited – 20 Shares remaining
Step 1: Complete your 2026 membership form
Step 2: Pay your deposit or pay in full to confirm your commitment for 2026 and lock in current pricing
New members can also join at this time! Don’t keep our CSA a secret. Tell your friends and co-workers how they can benefit from joining our CSA.
Why do we have CSA renewal so early? Our small farm incurs tens of thousands of dollars in costs each season. We need these upfront dollars to purchase supplies over the winter, cover operating expenses, and start the season in March. As many of you know, the CSA is our only farm income. Your membership provides the funding to continue. Without your commitment to our farm for the next growing season, we would not be able to continue. Your early membership commitment also helps us to plan our planting and harvest schedule.
THANK YOU!! To all of our CSA Members who have renewed for 2026 and joined our CSA Extension. Your support of our small farm means so much to us. We wouldn’t be here without you. This was our 20th growing season, and we look forward to nourishing you in 2026!
Are your friends or co-workers interested? Let them know that now is the time to reserve their share of the bounty for the 2026 growing season.
From the field
The weather has not been cooperating with us for the high tunnel construction. We are also working on the end-of-season field cleanup. Old plant debris, drip tape, plastic, and landscape fabric must be removed from the beds. Tractor work needs to be completed. Once it is prepped, we can seed a cover crop to keep the soil covered for the winter months. We are also working on getting next year’s garlic crop planted. So much to do before it is super cold.

Veggie quick tips:
I see salads, stir-fry, and roasted veggies on your table this week.
Delicata: This is the last of the season. Enjoy!
Pac Choy: can be used as you would bok choy – soup, salad, or stir-fries
Broccoli: be sure to wash well and soak before eating; these were not row-covered in the field and may contain pests. Uses: steam, roast, soup
Radish: use in salad, stirfry or roast; yes you can use an air fryer
Swiss Chard: raw or cooked, saute, stir fry, salad, add to mashed potatoes, lasagna – can be used in place of spinach in recipes; Swiss Chard in the vegetable directory
Komatsuna: Asian green, raw or cooked, salad, stir-fry
All recipes from past seasons can be found in the monthly archives. You can also find information in the Vegetable Directory located in the menu under CSA Membership on the website. Additionally, you can use the search feature at the bottom of each page. There is also a CSA Membership Handbook.
