Spring has sprung right into summer!
We have been busy starting seeds, re-potting, direct seeding, and transplanting. We have had warm sunny days, some cooler wet days, and even some hotter than it should be this time of year days. Everyone is getting excited to receive there first share of veggies.
The first CSA shares are scheduled to be delivered! Weekly CSA share deliveries will begin Tuesday, June 7th (8th, 9th, 10th-depending on your delivery day)
Bi-weekly CSA members for Week B will begin Tuesday, June 14th, (15th, 16th, or 17th-depending on your delivery day)

Katie Peterson is a personal chef and yoga instructor located in Corning, NY. With a degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, and as a Certified Nutrition Consultant and Yoga Instructor, she has combined her years of education, industry and life experience to create KP Holistic Chef. Delivery Procedure:
For most deliveries you will meet me at the designated spot during the delivery time. You will find me in a brown Kia mini van with signage on the side doors. Some of the workplace deliveries work a bit different. Corning, Inc locations: Big Flats, Diesel Plant, or Erwin Plant – I will text you when I arrive in visitor parking and you can come out an get your share. Members at Eaton – I will leave your share with security.
Your CSA shares will be delivered in a paper bag. These bags can be recycled or repurposed by you at home. We do not take bags back for reuse. The produce bags that we use can be recycled wherever plastic bags are taken.
If you are running late, please text me. The delivery schedule requires that I leave on time for the next location. This is especially important on Tuesday deliveries.
Your Weekly or Bi-Weekly Share
Each Tuesday you will receive an email letting you know when the newsletter has been posted to the website. It will also be shared to our Facebook Page. We have a new page starting this season so be sure to like and follow for all of the updates too.
