2022 CSA Membership – 5 months (20 weeks)

We are extremely grateful for the continued support that we have received. We offer a $50 discount to CSA members that commit to the season early because it aids us with planning for the season. We can also take advantage of some early payment discounts on supplies. These upfront dollars are necessary for us to purchase supplies and keep the farm running. Our farm is solely funded by 100 CSA Memberships. The CSA share has gone up a few dollars for each week of produce received to help cover our increased expenses. We always strive to provide you with an abundance of high quality nutritious produce. Thank you for allowing us to grow with you.

Save $50 when paid in full by October 31st.

Your CSA Share is so much more than just veggies. The benefits of membership are:

  • weekly organic seasonal vegetables harvested on our farm
  • the opportunity to invest in your local agricultural economy
  • the knowledge of where and how your food is grown
  • having a relationship with your farmers
  • a chance to connect and learn from fellow CSA members
  • education on how to prepare and store your produce
  • the opportunity to visit our farm and connect with the land

Quick Tips & Recipe ideas: Swiss Chard can be used in place of spinach in recipes, eat the stems too. I have diced small and added to many stir fry, curry, fritatta, or pilaf. Kale excellent chopped and added to soups, greens & beans; can use with the chard for this too; chopped small and added to pasta sauce Parsley store in a glass of water, can be frozen too, chopped and added to mashed potato, frittata, or soup Arugula eat promptly, does not store well, add a paper towel to bag to absorb excess moisture; add to pizza, make pesto, add to salad, eggs or on sandwiches; quickly wilts and can be added to finished pasta dishes Radish & Daikon Radish slaws, salads, roasted, stir fry; slice thinly on sandwiches, shred onto a salad, matchstick into a stirfry; no need to peel just scrub; maintain proper moisture will store for quite a while Celeriac excellent braised, roasted, in soups and stews; will store, no rush; must be peeled Cabbage great in soups, slaw, bbq, roasted -one of our favorites can cut into wedges or 1″ slice -drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper and other seasonings you prefer, bake 400 until crisp on the edges. Onions don’t store with potato- will cause them to sprout. Carrots are so good raw, you will notice the fresh carrot flavor in these, give them a scrub, no need to peel; use with turnip carrot slaw, soups, roasted Yukon Gold Potato mashing, roasting, pan-fry, soups – it does it all!
