CSA 2018 Extension – Continue with 4 more weeks of delicious! Many crops will store – keep eating great through the winter. Veggies: Butternut Squash, Potato, Garlic, Onion, Celeriac, Beets, Turnip, Radish, Kale, Chard, Arugula

Notes: $150 – No paperwork – tell us to add you to the list. No delivery Thanksgiving week. Starts directly after regular season and ends December 7th.

Open House @ the farm ~

We had a great time on Saturday! Thanks for coming to the farm. We even had some sunshine between the sprinkles. Thank you for all of the members that have joined early for 2019. As many of you know, these early membership sales keep our farm going.

QUICK TIPS AND NEWS:  Thank you to Seneca Sunrise Coffee for providing our coffee once again. All of the local products that were offered as door prizes are available for purchase at the coffee shop. You can have coffee beans delivered with your CSA share – ask us about it!

Vegan Potato Soup – notes: I used the Celeriac Root with Kennebec potato (peeled) no carrots, celeriac tops in place of celery, organic vegetable broth, organic canned coconut milk

Radish & Hakurei Turnip Salad in Asian Dressing – notes: I used watermelon radish peeled

Black Radish Slaw – pictured below – scrubbed but not peeled

Creamy Radish Dip – this is on our radish page also  2 versions – one vegan with tofutti cream cheese and earth balance butter; other with organic cream cheese and organic butter

Butternut Squash Bread – this went fast – hope you got some!

Curried Butternut Squash Soup – this was my favorite curried butternut soup yet!
