We know it sounds crazy but now is the time to join our CSA for the season. It doesn’t seem like it today, but spring will be here before you know it. We are busy, busy, busy getting all of our plans ready for the upcoming season. We will be starting our first seeds next month.

A BIG, BIG thank you for those of you that joined early this year! It really helps us purchase a lot of items we need before the season gets rolling and the veggies can be harvested. We are finishing up our Organic Seed order from High Mowing Seeds. We are finalizing our Certified Organic Renewal application with NOFA-NY Certified Organic. Completing our review of our crop rotation and visualizing how are season will progress with what plants are going in which bed and when they should be ready. This is a very exciting time for us.
