
Basil Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp garlic scape, chopped about 1 scape
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, stems removed
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- fresh cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- combine ingredients in a small food processor and blend until smooth1 tbsp garlic scape, chopped, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, stems removed, 1/3 cup olive oil, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt
- store refrigerated in airtight container for up to 2 weeksfresh cracked black pepper to taste
