heat the skillet or wok to medium-high heat, add the sesame oil
2 tbsp sesame oil
add the garlic scapes, saute and cook for about 1-2 minutes, be careful not to burn, stir and lower heat if necessary
1/3 cup garlic scapes, cut diagonal thin slices
add the snow peas, asian greens, and radish stir and cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp and bright green
2 cups snow peas, trimmed, 2-3 radish, cut into matchsticks, 1 cup asian greens
add your seasoned sauce, stir and cook for 1 additional minute to combine
season with salt and pepper to taste
serve over rice or noodles
