
Salad with Turnips and creamy garlic dressing
Ingredients
- 3 baby heads of lettuce torn into bitesize pieces
- 2 hakurei turnips grated
- 1/2 cup garbanzo beans
- 2 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
- salad dressing creamy garlic scape dressing
Instructions
Prepare your ingredients
- Wash and dry lettuce leaves
- scrub and grate hakurei turnips
- drain and rinse garbanzo beans
Assemble the salad
- add portion of lettuce to your serving plate and add toppings2 hakurei turnips, 1/2 cup garbanzo beans , 2 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds, salad dressing , 3 baby heads of lettuce
Notes
You can portion on each plate or combine dressing with leaves first if you plan to use at one sitting. Otherwise plate each salad as you use it.
If mixing dressing onto leaves first, add a small amount at a time and massage onto leaves to coat all leaves. Do not over saturate with dressing.
