Roasted Savoy Cabbage Wedges
3 drizzle sauce options in the notes
Ingredients
- ½ lb savoy cabbage, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- garlic powder to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400℉
- Arrange cabbage wedges on a parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle or brush with olive oil. Generously sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roast in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning half way through, until the edges are golden brown and the cabbage is tender
- Prepare a drizzle sauce while the cabbage is roasting. See notes for options. My favorite is the balsamic glaze.
- To serve drizzle your sauce of choice over top. Enjoy!
