Versatile mild Asian green with unique colorful stems.
Serrated leaves and stems that range from pale pink to vivid pink and purple. Great for salad mixes, braising, or stir-fry.
Storing: Asian greens can last up to 1 week if wrapped in a damp towel or put in a plastic bag in the hydrator drawer of the fridge.
Freezing: These tender plants do not freeze well.
Mild Asian Greens – Tat Soi – use as you would Bok Choy & Pac Choy
Tatsoi leaves are very delicate, and are delicious raw in salads, or stir-fried over very high heat for just a minute or so. Similar to spinach
Tokyo Bekana – can easily be mistaken for lettuce, due to its light green color, but is a fantastic green to stir fry or use in place of bok choy.
