Roasted Radishes
Ingredients
1/2
lb
radishes, scrubbed, trimmed, halved
1
tbsp
olive or grapeseed oil
salt and pepper to taste
1
tsp
thyme
optional
1
tsp
garlic powder
optional
Instructions
Preheat Oven
preheat oven to 400°℉
Prepare the radishes
wash and trim the radishes then cut in half or quarters depending on size
in a mixing bowl combine the radishes, oil, seasonings until well coated
1/2 lb radishes, scrubbed, trimmed, halved,
1 tbsp olive or grapeseed oil,
salt and pepper to taste,
1 tsp thyme,
1 tsp garlic powder
Roast the radishes
Spread the seasoned and oiled radish in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side down
Roast in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the radish are tender and light brown, stir or flip halfway through cooking
Serve
serve as a side dish and garnish with finely chopped parsley if desired
