Storage & Cooking Tips :
Radish & Turnip – remove roots from greens and store separately.
Kohlrabi – can be eaten raw or cooked, cut into sticks to snack on or add to sautés or roasted veggies. Leaves can also be eaten – kohlrabi tips here
Mustard Greens – can be eaten raw or cooked
Swiss Chard & Beet Greens – can be eaten raw or cooked
**Greens cook very quickly, don’t over cook add last to just wilt**
