Sautéed Vegetables with curry

Ingredients:

Garlic – sliced, minced or pressed

Pepper – slivered or diced

Eggplant – bite size – quartered or diced

Beans – snap into bite size pieces

Tomato – halves/diced/chopped

Summer Squash – sliced, diced or quartered

Hot Pepper (seeds removed)

Olive oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

Curry Seasoning

Add oil and garlic cook for a few minutes on med low heat; add rinsed and prepared veggies in order of time required for cooking – peppers, beans, eggplant, squash, salt and pepper to taste

We added organic curry seasoning
