Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Potatoes
2-4 cloves of garlic
Cream
Butter
NOTE- You can boil garlic cloves with the potatoes or add pressed garlic later – your choice
- wash potatoes – no need to peel
- cut to uniform size pieces
- cover potatoes with water sufficient to cover, and bring to a boil. Cook until potatoes are tender and ready to mash.
- Drain
- Mash the potatoes, add butter, garlic, and cream to your desired consistency. Mash by hand or mix with beater until creamy smooth. Add fresh parsley if you have it. For a twist add Parmesan cheese and crumbled bacon.
