
Ingredients:
Potato – fingerling, purple majesty, red norland, mountain rose
Garlic – minced or pressed
1-3 Tbsp butter
salt and pepper
- wash and cut potatoes , rinse with cool water
- add butter, garlic, potatoes to frying pan, stir to coat with melted butter and garlic
- cover and cook over med/low heat for 10 minutes, remove cover cook additional 10 minutes until tender, stir occasionally, season with salt and pepper (*optional-paprika, cayenne pepper)
