Rutabaga – raw, roasted, cooked and mashed, soup, cake;

Green Cabbage – shredded raw, lacto-fermented sauerkraut, soup, stuffed cabbage rolls; we love cabbage steaks

Celeriac – must be peeled, stores well; add diced to soups, boil and mash with potato and or turnip/rutabaga; shred for salads, pureed, roasted with other veggies like turnip, butternut, rutabaga, celeriac remoulade ( )

Peppers – all – can be sliced, diced and frozen without blanching; jalapenos are great in cornbread

Kale – salads, added chopped to soups or mashed potato, pesto, quick sauté with garlic
