We will be in touch by email over the winter with farm updates.

QUICK TIPS -The winter roots will store for quite a while the trick is to maintain proper moisture in the fridge. We store ours in the produce bags with some paper towels to absorb the excess moisture. You will be amazed at how long they will store this way. We have really been enjoying salads and slaws with the radish and turnips. There are several on our Pinterest Boards for you to try. You really should try the Daikon Au Gratin.  You can find the recipe on the Daikon page in the directory. Remember, any questions or you just can’t figure out how to use something – contact us – we will help you find a way to get the most out of your veggies.

Stay in touch over the winter break-follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
